1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "nos12", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the online betting platform operated at nos12.cam and its affiliated services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the nos12 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal betting account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and related services provided by nos12, including but not limited to sportsbook betting, live dealer casino games, slot games, and lottery draws.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a Player on a betting market or game outcome.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used on the nos12 platform.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use the nos12 platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or prohibited from gambling by law or court order.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of nos12 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

nos12 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity (KYC verification) at any time. Failure to provide acceptable documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To use the nos12 Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one Account. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account details with any third party. Any activity conducted using your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. nos12 is not liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

nos12 is required by law to verify the identity of all Players. You may be asked to provide the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 90 days).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document next to your face.

Verification is mandatory before processing withdrawal requests. nos12 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

3.4 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use your Account for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Colluding with other Players to manipulate outcomes or defraud the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or exploiting platform errors for profit.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

nos12 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon), and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within seconds for bank transfers during banking hours and instantly for e-wallet transactions. nos12 does not charge deposit fees; however, your financial institution may impose its own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via your Account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Unverified Accounts will not be able to process withdrawals until verification is complete.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:

• Bank transfer: 1–24 hours (business days)
• E-wallet: 1–4 hours

Withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account settings. nos12 reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

If your Account remains inactive (no login or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more, nos12 reserves the right to classify it as dormant and may charge a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. You will be notified via email before any fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant Account, contact our support team.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

nos12 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms are displayed at the time the bonus is offered and must be read and accepted before claiming.

Key bonus conditions include:

• Wagering Requirement: The number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Example: a 10× wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means you must place Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying bets.
• Game Weighting: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or not at all.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While an active bonus is in play, you may not place individual bets exceeding a specified amount (commonly Rp 50.000 or 10% of the bonus, whichever is lower). Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonuses and wagering requirements must be completed within a specified time frame (typically 7–30 days). Unused bonuses expire and are forfeited after the deadline.

nos12 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential Account closure.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Betting

All sportsbook bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing body of the sport or event (e.g., FIFA for football, the relevant league organizer for BRI Liga 1 matches). Bets on postponed or abandoned events are typically voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

Voor bola (Asian handicap), over/under, correct score, first goalscorer, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to market-specific rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play (live) betting odds are updated dynamically during the event; once a bet is placed, the odds are locked.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and RNG-based table games, are governed by the rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages published by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.). nos12 does not control or influence game outcomes; all games are independently audited for fairness.

6.3 Lottery & Togel

Togel lottery bets (2D, 3D, 4D draws) are settled based on the official draw results published by the licensed lottery operator. Draw times and result publication schedules are displayed in the lottery section of the platform.

6.4 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake (e.g., incorrect odds), nos12 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Disputes regarding bet settlement will be resolved in accordance with our internal records and, where applicable, the official result from the event's governing body.

7. Player Conduct

All Players must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner when using nos12 Services. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Players or nos12 staff.
• Collusion, cheating, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes.
• Reverse-engineering, hacking, or tampering with the platform's software.
• Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent limits or claim bonuses multiple times.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds. nos12 reserves the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nos12 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to service caused by third-party providers or events beyond our control.
• Losses incurred as a result of your betting or gaming activity.

Gambling involves financial risk, and there is no guarantee of winning. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any resulting financial consequences.

nos12 operates with industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure payment processing, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all potential threats. You use the platform at your own risk.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or unmet wagering requirements.

9.2 Suspension by nos12

nos12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account that:

• Violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Is suspected of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame.
• Has been identified as a duplicate or linked to a previously excluded Account.

In cases of suspension or closure, nos12 may withhold funds pending investigation. If the Account is found to have violated these Terms, funds may be forfeited. If no violation is found, funds will be returned.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion from the nos12 platform. Self-exclusion can be temporary (e.g., 6 months) or permanent. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nos12 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact nos12 support in good faith to attempt to resolve the issue informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
